Elderflower

My garden is full of elderflowers at the moment (mostly in part due to my lack-lustre gardening skills, so several elder trees have flourished). Thing is, I’m not a fan of elderflower cordial, and when I did attempt elderflower champagne once, it didn’t really work. I’ll probably end up leaving them ‘til the autumn.
