Message-Based Support: Ongoing Guidance for Families Navigating SEN

Message-Based Support is available following an initial consultation, ensuring any guidance builds on a full understanding of your child’s needs. Book an initial consultation here.

Not every question needs a full consultation. Sometimes you just need to check something, share a worry, or talk through a new report with someone who gets it. My Message-Based Support offers thoughtful, flexible help through WhatsApp — designed to fit around your family’s rhythm.

How It Works:

After an initial consultation (or series of consultations), you can choose an ongoing support plan. You’ll be able to message me as needed, and I’ll respond during term-time hours — with clear, respectful boundaries.

If you’d like to add a Zoom consultation at any point, this can be arranged ad hoc (£80 for 55 minutes).

Plus Support – £45/week

The most comprehensive tier - ideal for families needing deeper support, regular check-ins, and full access to everything I offer. This option suits learners who might benefit academically from tuition, but for whom tuition would be challenging in other ways.

Light Support – £18/week

• Up to 2 WhatsApp responses per week

Moderate Support – £30/week

• Up to 3 WhatsApp responses per week

All WhatsApp support is designed to fit around family life - you can message when it suits you, and I’ll reply when I’m next available during term time. Replies aren’t instant and this isn’t a live service, but I’ll always respond as promptly as I can within your chosen support limits

  • All support is offered during Buckinghamshire school term times.

  • Each package has a clear response limit to keep support sustainable.

  • Unused responses or consultations do not roll over to the following half term.

  • Fees are charged on a half-termly basis, and due before the commencement of each half term.

  • She gave me guidance around putting theory into practice, getting on top of organisational skills and planning, building in elements of cumulative learning, varied approaches to over-learning, a range of multi-sensory and practical strategies, as well as health and safety aspects, engaging delivery, and working towards clearly set long term child-centred goals.
