Not every question needs a full consultation or weekly tuition. Sometimes, you just want to check something, share a worry, or hear from someone who gets it.

My Message-Based Support offers calm, flexible help through WhatsApp — designed to fit around your family’s rhythm.

You can send a message when it suits you, and I’ll reply when I’m next available — no need to be online at the same time. All support is offered within term-time hours and clear, respectful boundaries.

With nearly 20 years of experience supporting children with additional needs, I offer thoughtful, personalised advice — always delivered with care, clarity, and kindness.

Monthly Support Packages

Whether you need occasional check-ins or more regular guidance, there’s a package to suit your family’s unique rhythm. As your needs evolve, you can adjust your support level accordingly.

Light Support – £95/month

For families needing light-touch guidance with a personalised consultation.

  • 1 x 60-minute Zoom consultation

  • Up to 10 WhatsApp responses per month

  • Asynchronous, term time only (Bucks dates)

  • Occasional resource recommendations

  • Option to add extra consultations (£65/hour)

Plus Support – £145/month

For families wanting deeper support, regular check-ins & full shop access.

  • 1 x 45-minute Zoom consultation per half term.

  • Up to 20 WhatsApp responses per month

  • Asynchronous, term time only (Bucks dates)

  • Full access to all shop resources while subscribed

  • Option to add extra consultations (£65/hour)

Intro Support – £25/month

For families wanting occasional guidance, without ongoing chat.

  • Up to 3 WhatsApp responses per month

  • Asynchronous, term time only (Bucks dates)

  • Ideal for short questions, signposting, or reassurance

  • No Zoom consultation included

    (Optional add-on: £65/hour)

All WhatsApp support is asynchronous — you can message when it suits you, and I’ll reply when I’m next available. Responses are sent during term time only (based on Bucks dates), and support is not suitable for urgent or live queries.

Each package includes clear response limits to keep the support sustainable for both of us.
