‘Natural Reader’ was recommended to me by an adult dyslexic who has experienced various forms of speech-to-text over the last 35 years, since their diagnosis. This is the first one that they’ve been happy to use, because the speaking voice is so natural. It’s revolutionised their Masters research. You’ll need to convert multiple images into PDF (try to avoid shadow etc from the spine), I use Tiny Scanner, but there are lots of different apps available. Try to use one that combines multiple images into a PDF.
