Phonicbooks produce some wonderful decodeables - you do have to pay for them, if you follow their social media, they produce some lovely images that can be used at home. They have a range of books aimed at different ages and abilities, but all designed with decodeability in mind.

SPELDSA over in Australia have some wonderful free, downloadable, decodeable books. They’re in a similar style to Phonicbooks, and available in PDF or PPT.

UFLI have a set of downloadable decodeables, they’re quite plain in format, so suitable for learners who might be distracted by too many images.

Sounds Write offer free downloadable decodeables from time to time - usually to celebrate an event in the calendar - Christmas, World Book Day and so forth. They also sell decodeables - they have some fantastic non-fiction texts. Keep an eye on their social media!
